Five civilian employees staff the booking desk as Booking Officers.  This unit is responsible for prisoner security and safety when officers bring arrested persons to the Law Enforcement Center.  The unit works closely with the Buchanan County Sheriff Deputies to ensure a safe, secure and efficient booking and holding facility.
